The club can confirm that it has reached an agreement with fast rising Nigerian and African football content brand, 54FootballX on what is a triple sponsorship for the 2023/24 season.
54footballx will provide incentives in merchandise and award plaques to Ikorodu City’s Player of the Month each month till the end of the Nigeria National League season.
The brand will also provide the same to the club’s Player of the Season at the end of the league season.
The partnership also involves huge recognition for the fans and one fan in the stadium will go home with some prizes including but not limited to the club and brand merchandise for the Fan of the Week award.
Media Director of Ikorodu City, Samuel Bamisebi said the club is proud of the deal and appreciates the support of 54footballX to local football in the country.
“It’s a proud moment for us as a club to welcome another brand to the family. We have seen the work they’ve been doing and we’re proud to be a recognized and become a part of the work the brand is doing”.
Co-founder of 54FootballX, Anyababa Ikem said the dreams of the brand have a similarity with that of the club and it’s great to come onboard to support their great work.
