After our draw against Bayelsa United, we returned to winning ways with a 1-0 win over Bendel Insurance on MD8 of the Nigeria Premier Football League courtesy of a well-worked corner routine.

The first ten minutes dominance was all we needed as we opened the scoring on the 10th minute after lots of pressure. Musa Malik’s low pass from a corner found Folarin just outside the box and a first time finish from the midfielder gave us the opening goal and his first of the season.
We continued to dominate play and control it till the end of the first half. The skipper came on in the second half and it was more of the same from the first. Joseph Arumala had the ball in the net but was ruled out for offside.
More changes and more chances came about. Odinaka hit a well struck low volley only to be denied by the goalkeeper. The pressure remained as we saw out the game with the 1-0 scoreline.
